Experience & Skills required:

• We require someone with fundamental computer skills, who finds basic tasks in Microsoft Excel, email drafting ( in English ) and easy to handle in both Hindi and English languages. Additionally, they should be comfortable with various IT tools and platforms.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Back Office/ Administrative Support/ Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Data Management:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all databases and files.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Customer Service:

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient handling of requests.

Payment Collection and Billing:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
• Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
• Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Business Development Responsibilities/ Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategy.

Lead Generation:

• Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
