A Public cloud is defined as an open computing environment that connects people anywhere in the world to lease out a small portion of storage space over the cloud. Third-parties are responsible to manage and host Public clouds and allow users to save their personal or business-critical data. Public clouds often include service-oriented cloud computing such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
